Position : Quality Assurance Engineer - Inc test automation
Department : IT
Location : UOA Business Park

We are a software house that specializes in consumer applications in the Fintech area. Our team works on products ranging from algorithmic trading, portfolio management, trade server to consumer payments. Our mission is to innovate on products that make users transact securely and conveniently.

Responsibilities :

• Write test plans for new product features.
• Maintain high quality standards of software, from servers to mobile applications.
• Test and find bugs from software under development.
• Innovate in the area of testing and automation, to help the entire team’s productivity.
• Work with product owners to ensure requirements are met in the developed software.
• Suggest improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production

Qualifications :

• 2+ years experience working with a software development team.
• Ability to understand business requirements and be curious in learning in more detail.
• Knowledge of at least 1 programming language, scripting language is OK.
• Knowledge of computer software in at least 2 of the different platforms: server side, desktop application, web application, mobile application.
• Well versed with software testing methods : unit / integration / end-2-end / load / stress testing.
• Knowledge of project management (e.g. Jira) and test case management tools to track and organize test plans and executions.
• Analytical skills, good logical reasoning, able to spot, understand and reason about technical problems.
• Problem solving skills to improve process and avoid future pitfalls.
• Enthusiastic learner, able to pick up new skills fast and a team player.
